My Name is Janelle!
I’ve had the joy of being an Early childhood Teacher for eighteen years. During those eighteen years, I experienced being a single parent raising my son.
Now, I have been graced with the opportunity of being a Wife and a Mother of four children, and a Homemaker. Last but not least, I’m also afforded the chance to share my story with you. Thank you for allowing me to do that.
I enjoy encouraging and pouring into parents and helping them to build stronger and lasting relationships with their children. I believe that investing in our children is the greatest investment that we’ll ever make in this Earth and in our lifetimes.
I really appreciate you coming along for the journey of learning how to sow seeds of love into the growth of our children. Thanks for opening up your heart and wanting to continue to invest in your child/children, leaving a legacy so that many others might follow.
Purpose
There might be various reasons why you wanted to have children, how we invest in them will make whatever the reason is so worth it in the end. Having an end, in the beginning, helps to charter the course. Every child’s path is different that he/she will take, and some of those paths are familiar to us as parents. I realize that what I know now,
if I knew it then, I would have done a lot of things differently in my early years of parenting with my first child. My purpose for creating this Parent Blog is because I feel God wanted me to share my experiences with you. As I mentioned in my paragraph of Who Am I, I have four children. I still have young children that I’m still investing in myself. I want to share this journey with you, so years later we will be thankful in the investment we’ve made in who our children have become.
