Hello Everyone! I believe in our hearts as parents, we want to be fully present with our children and family after a long work day. At the same time we are so exhausted and looking for a ‘break’. Here’s the truth. You deserve it. It is healthy as parents to have ‘wind down‘ time, but it should not be at the expense of our family. Over the years I have found a way to incorporate “wind down” into my daily routine. You will discover below how I am able to do that as soon as you click on the video.
